The Association repaints and maintains stairs and landings approximately every four years.

If stairs require interim maintenance between regular maintenance cycles, the owner will be notified and is expected to complete the needed repair or maintenance at the owner’s expense.

Residents are encouraged to help maintain safe and clean stairways by avoiding storage or obstruction within stair and landing areas.
