Timely payment of assessments is important to the financial health of Arbor Park Townhomes Association and to the continued maintenance of the community.

Monthly assessment installments are due on the 5th day of each month. Assessments or other charges not paid within 30 days of the due date are considered past due and delinquent.

If an account becomes delinquent, the Association may assess late charges, interest, returned check charges, collection costs, attorney fees, and other charges allowed under the governing documents and applicable law.

The Association’s collection procedures may include written notice, demand for payment, referral to the Association’s attorney, recording of a lien, or foreclosure proceedings when permitted.
