Collections Policy

Assessment Payments & Collection Procedures Timely payment of assessments is important to the financial health of Arbor Park Townhomes Association and to the continued maintenance of the community. Monthly assessment installments are due on the 5th day of each month. Assessments or other charges not paid within 30 days of the due date are considered past due and delinquent. Leasing & Tenant Requirements

Owner, Tenant & Occupancy Information All leases within Arbor Park Townhomes must comply with the Association’s Governing Documents and community regulations. Only entire units may be leased. Partial-unit rentals, room rentals, and subleasing are prohibited. All leases must be in writing and must include acknowledgment that tenants are subject to the Association’s rules and regulations.
