Decks & Exterior Improvements

Exterior Standards & Architectural Changes Exterior decks are intended for normal residential outdoor use only. Storage of bicycles, sports equipment, and other miscellaneous items on decks is prohibited. Gas grills and patio furniture are permitted; however, charcoal grills are not allowed on decks. Reserve Study Policy

Planning for Long-Term Maintenance Arbor Park Townhomes Association maintains a Reserve Fund for major capital repairs, replacements, maintenance, restoration, and improvements to Association Maintenance Areas. The Board is responsible for conducting reserve studies as needed, and at least every five years, to evaluate the necessity and amount of reserves required. Stair & Landing Policy

Stair and Landing Maintenance The Association repaints and maintains stairs and landings approximately every four years. If stairs require interim maintenance between regular maintenance cycles, the owner will be notified and is expected to complete the needed repair or maintenance at the owner’s expense.
