All leases within Arbor Park Townhomes must comply with the Association’s Governing Documents and community regulations.

Only entire units may be leased. Partial-unit rentals, room rentals, and subleasing are prohibited. All leases must be in writing and must include acknowledgment that tenants are subject to the Association’s rules and regulations.

Owners are responsible for providing updated registration information to the Association, including tenant information, vehicle information, pet information, and signed tenant acknowledgment forms.

The minimum lease term within Arbor Park is six months.
