Exterior decks are intended for normal residential outdoor use only. Storage of bicycles, sports equipment, and other miscellaneous items on decks is prohibited. Gas grills and patio furniture are permitted; however, charcoal grills are not allowed on decks.

Owners are responsible for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of their decks.

Exterior modifications or additions require prior written approval from the Association. This includes fences, balconies, satellite dishes, awnings, air conditioning installations, exterior fixtures, and other visible exterior alterations.

The Association reserves the right to require correction or removal of exterior installations considered inappropriate or visually inconsistent with community standards.
