Inspection & Access to Association Records Owners may request access to Association records in accordance with Colorado law and Association policy. Requests must be submitted in writing and should clearly describe the records being requested. Requests should generally be submitted at least ten days prior to inspection. Board Meetings & Governance
Meeting Conduct and Owner Participation Arbor Park Townhomes Association has adopted meeting conduct procedures for both member/owner meetings and Board meetings. Owner meetings are held as provided in the governing documents and applicable Colorado law. Only members in good standing are eligible to vote. Board meetings may include a homeowners forum. Speakers may be asked to sign in, speak in order, and limit comments to the time provided. Personal attacks
