Meeting Conduct and Owner Participation Arbor Park Townhomes Association has adopted meeting conduct procedures for both member/owner meetings and Board meetings. Owner meetings are held as provided in the governing documents and applicable Colorado law. Only members in good standing are eligible to vote. Board meetings may include a homeowners forum.
