Common Areas

Shared Spaces and Community Access Common areas, driveways, and stairways may not be obstructed or used for any purpose other than entering and exiting units. Except for designated areas, driveways, parking areas, and stairways may not be used for storage or play areas. Holiday Decorations

Seasonal Decoration Guidelines Owners may place holiday decorations on common elements assigned to their units, provided the decorations are not permanent. Holiday decorations must be removed within 30 days following the holiday being commemorated. Noise & Community Courtesy

Quiet Enjoyment of the Community Residents and guests are expected to avoid excessive noise and disruptive activity that interferes with neighbors’ peaceful enjoyment of the community. Musical instruments, amplifiers, stereos, and similar equipment may not be played between 9:30 PM and 7:30 AM. Radios and televisions should always be maintained at reasonable volume levels. Parking Rules & Guest Parking

Community Parking Guidelines To help maintain safety, access, and appearance throughout Arbor Park Townhomes, all residents and guests are expected to follow community parking regulations. Street parking, curbside parking, and parking on grass areas are prohibited within Arbor Park. Each unit is limited to a maximum of three vehicles between the garage and driveway assigned to the unit. Guest parking is intended for temporary visitor use only and is limited

Pet Policy

Pet Rules & Responsibilities Arbor Park Townhomes permits one dog per unit, or two dogs under 10 pounds each, or up to two cats per residence. Additional pet situations may be reviewed by the Board on a case-by-case basis. Dogs must remain leashed while in common areas, and pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals at all times. Residents are expected to ensure pets do not become

Political Sign Policy

Political Signs Within Arbor Park Political signs are permitted within Arbor Park Townhomes subject to community guidelines. Each unit is permitted one standard-sized political sign. Signs may not be placed in windows and must remain within the general boundary of the unit. Unit numbers must be clearly marked on signs so that signs may be identified with the appropriate residence. The Board reserves the right to remove or reposition signs

Speed Limit & Safety

Drive Slowly Through the Community The speed limit within Arbor Park Townhomes is 15 miles per hour. Residents, guests, vendors, and service providers are asked to slow down when driving through the development to help maintain a safe environment for pedestrians, neighbors, pets, and vehicles. Because Arbor Park is a residential community with shared drive areas and regular foot traffic, safe driving is expected at all times. Related Document Rules

Trash & Recycling

Waste Collection & Container Rules Trash and recycling services are provided through the Association’s contracted waste provider. Containers should be placed curbside on Thursday mornings and returned to garages promptly after pickup. Trash containers may not be stored outside of garages when not awaiting collection.
