Common areas, driveways, and stairways may not be obstructed or used for any purpose other than entering and exiting units.
Except for designated areas, driveways, parking areas, and stairways may not be used for storage or play areas.
Residents are expected to keep shared areas clear, accessible, and respectful of neighboring homes.
