Arbor Park Townhomes Association maintains a Reserve Fund for major capital repairs, replacements, maintenance, restoration, and improvements to Association Maintenance Areas.
The Board is responsible for conducting reserve studies as needed, and at least every five years, to evaluate the necessity and amount of reserves required. The reserve study is based on both physical and financial analysis and is reviewed annually to determine whether reserves are sufficient.
Reserve funds are funded primarily through monthly dues or common assessments, along with investment income from the Reserve Fund.
