Owners may request access to Association records in accordance with Colorado law and Association policy.

Requests must be submitted in writing and should clearly describe the records being requested. Requests should generally be submitted at least ten days prior to inspection.

Certain records may be restricted from inspection, including confidential owner information, legal communications, executive session records, and protected financial or personnel information.

The Association may charge reasonable costs associated with document production and copying.
