Political signs are permitted within Arbor Park Townhomes subject to community guidelines.

Each unit is permitted one standard-sized political sign. Signs may not be placed in windows and must remain within the general boundary of the unit.

Unit numbers must be clearly marked on signs so that signs may be identified with the appropriate residence. The Board reserves the right to remove or reposition signs that violate community rules.
