Arbor Park Townhomes permits one dog per unit, or two dogs under 10 pounds each, or up to two cats per residence. Additional pet situations may be reviewed by the Board on a case-by-case basis.

Dogs must remain leashed while in common areas, and pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals at all times.

Residents are expected to ensure pets do not become a nuisance to neighbors through excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or other disruptive conduct. Because Arbor Park is a close residential community, respectful pet ownership is important to the comfort and well-being of all residents.
